If your kiosk screen is frozen, please reboot the tablet by taking it out of its frame and holding the power button for a few seconds until "Shutdown or Restart?" is shown. Tap on the Restart button to continue.
Alternatively, you can also email us to have the tablet rebooted remotely.
If you are experiencing this issue very frequently, please let us know so we can investigate why it is occurring at your site - it may be due to an unexpected error / customer behaviour.
Note: If the tablet screen does not respond to a key press of just the power button (as above) than the tablet may require a hard reboot by pressing and holding the POWER + VOLUME DOWN button for more than 7 seconds.
