Restarting Kiosk

Kiosk is online

Sometimes a problem will appear that can be solved by restarting the Kiosk. You can restart Kiosk yourself without having to take off the top panel by:

    .1Make sure you are on the "What do you want to do?" screen (big wash/dry buttons)
    .2Locate the version number, in the lower-right corner of the screen in small text
    .3Tap it 10 times
    .4Select Reboot Kiosk and click OK


Kiosk shows "Network Error"

When Kiosk shows a network error you will be unable to reach the home screen to perform the instructions above. Instead, you can do this:

    .1Tap the hidden button five times (see below)
    .2A menu will pop out, select "Reboot Kiosk" then hit the "OK" button.
