To RemoteStart a machine you just need to use Mobile Pay and visit your online storefront (on your smart phone or laptop) just like any customer would. When you get to the payment screen just enter your RemoteStart code (you received in your welcome email) into the Promo Code box onscreen and you'll see the Proceed button change to "Free Start". You get up to 30 activation free remote starts per store per month.
When you sign up, you'll automatically get a RemoteStart code in the welcome letter you receive. If you want to setup more RemoteStart codes for your site it's a breeze, just login to Admin Portal and it's all available in the Promo Code menu option.
Changing your code to something you can easily remember is quick and easy. Just login to Admin Portal, select your RemoteStart Promo Code and change the 5 character code to something you'll remember. Remember to make it unique enough that a customer can't guess it.
