Default Amount is the price shown on the screen when a customer first selects the machine. In case of dryers, you may want to set this to the amount they need to pay for a standard 30 minute cycle. In case of washers, you may want to set this to the price of a standard wash cycle, if the the washer has variable pricing enabled on it.

Minimum Amount is the smallest vend amount that a customer is allowed to pay for that machine. If you want to allow your customers to pay using a mix of cash and cashless, then you would typically set this to $1 otherwise you can set it whatever amount makes sense. In the case of dryers, this would normally be the minimum amount you want them to pay into the dryer.

Maximum Amount is the highest vend amount that a customer is allowed to pay for that machine. In the case of dryers, this would normally be the amount needed for a 90 minute cycle on the dryer and the in the case of washers this would be the cost of your highest priced cycle on that machine.

Discount is any discount that you wish to apply to this machine when your customers make a cashless payment to it. For example, if the machine price is $4 and you apply a discount of $1 on that machine then the customer will only be charged $3 when they make a cashless payment. This feature is useful for launching spot specials like "half price blanket wash" or "happy hour discounts" at your store. You can manage the specials by applying a discount to your machines during your desired times. In a future release, Tangerpay will also be making it possible to setup automatically scheduled/recurring discounts on your machines.
