How to enter a promotion code
So you've received a promotion code, now what do you do with it? What does it do? How long will it last?
A promotion code is handy way to give customers a discount. To use the promotion code you just need to enter the code into the Kiosk or Mobile Pay system when you get to the Payment Summary screen.
The owner/admin staff who provided you the promotion code may offer a discount for a set period, or may have even set the promotion code to expire after one use, or a few uses. They will have communicated this with you when they provided the code to you. How do you enter the promo code... it's easy, keep reading.
Kiosk
When using Kiosk you will be presented with a "Payment Summary" screen showing you the totals for the machines selected. Please enter your promotion code into the "Promo Code" text box. Once entered you'll see a green tick indicating it has been successful applied, you'll also see the total amounts adjusted to reflect the discount.
Mobile Pay
When using Mobile Pay, you can enter your promotion code into the "Promo Code" text box on the Payment Summary screen (see screenshot below). Once the promotion code has been entered the discount will immediately be applied and the total amounts adjusted to reflect the discount.
