Our phone lines are open 0800 - 1700 Monday to Friday AEST and at other times the calls will divert to an on call pager system. Support outside of business hours is available for critical issues only that are not specific to a single location or a single machine.

Tangerpay uses a variety of automated alerting and monitoring systems to keep your systems running smoothly round the clock. We have customers in different time zones and all our systems run 24/7.

The majority of calls that we receive are due to store owners experiencing a local internet connection issue inside their store and needing assistance to check the quality of their BYO internet connection.
